The designs are nice, but the customer service is a real letdown. They don’t offer free returns or refunds on sale items. Plus, the return period is super short—only 14 days from when you place your order, which means you’ve got about a week to get your stuff back in the mail. If you think you’re shopping at a place with standard return policies, think again. You gotta be really cautious, or else they’ll just keep your cash and give you a credit note that you can only use for a year. And honestly, the selection isn’t that great in terms of styles and sizes. I tried to explain my situation, and while there was a potential fix (I could send back the dress I kept with tags and use the credits to buy something else), their response was pretty inflexible. I really wish I hadn’t ordered from here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I forked out £294.99 for a couple of items. On top of that, I shelled out £6.99 for shipping. Then, I had to pay another £6.99 to send the stuff back via recorded delivery. But guess what? They only refunded me £288!!!

It ain't about the cash; it's the principle that they think it's cool to hold onto my money after I sent the items back! What am I still being charged for???

If every business operated like this, we'd all be in a tight spot. This is just plain ridiculous and sneaky.
